PARIS CUP
– The Tournament, now going into its seventh year, is played in
the town of
La
Queue En Brie.
La Queue en Brie is a City of 10.000 inhabitants not too far
from Paris (20 KM). The town, situated in the Forest of
Notre-Dame, has preserved its rural character and its
natural environment. The castle of the Marmouzetses, built in
the 18th century is nearby.
The excellent organization, puts the Paris Cup as the main event
of the tournaments included in the Euro-Sportmanager's schedule.
The Tournament is well known for the high technical skills of
the participating teams. The seventh edition expects teams from
all over Europe and Canada. In the past editions some of the
participating teams were from the football schools of AC MILAN,
FC Juventus (Italia), and the Clubs FC Blackburn (England), FC
Neuchatel Xamax, FC Zürich (Svitzerland), IF Tune (Denmark) and
Canada's St. Louis Laker and ARS Academy, plus teams from
Holland and Belgium.
The matches have international referees and the tournament is
authorized by FIFA.
Taking part in the Paris Cup is a great opportunity not only to
play football, but also to enjoy all that the city of Paris has
to offer.
NOTE: It is
possible to arrive 1 day before the event or
to extend your stay which would give you a
good chance to visit Paris and Disneyland.
Eurodisney: Is about 20 km from the tournament venues. The
famous theme park includes numerous attractions and shows and
you need to allow at least one whole day to visit it. We suggest
to visit on Fridays, and order the tickets in advance. Bookings
can be made through the National offices.

The tournament

ASSISTANCE
A committee, specialized in sport events oversees the
organization of your stay. You may also have your personal
bilingual assistant with your team throughout your stay if you
wish. (At extra cost).
TRANSPORTATION
All teams require transportation during their
stay at the La Queue en Brie. Most European teams use their own
buses or cars to get from their accommodation to the venues or
evening events. Once you are at the sports facilities, teams do
not need transportation to get from one pitch to another. Teams
without their own transport can rent a private coach from the
tournament organization (prices on request). Should you book
this arrangement, the following services are included: Transfers
Airport or train station to Hotel & Return; daily transportation
between your accommodation and the pitches. If your group
includes 45 or more people, you will have your own private
coach.
When you choose your transportation to France, consider also the
possibility of flying into the airports of PARIS ORLY (The towns
of La Queue en Brie only 30 minutes away), PARIS CHARLE DE
GAULLE and PARIS BOUVAIS. (The towns of La Queue en Brie only 70
minutes away). There are several low-cost airlines operating
flights from the UK, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Spain and
Scandinavia. We can arrange
transfers and general transportation within France on request.
