PROGRAM

Day 1

Arrival at your accommodation in Lignano - Sabbiadoro on the Adriatic Riviera. Check in, briefing and distribution of tournament schedule.

Day 2

Morning: Preliminary matches of the tournament. Afternoon: play-off matches.

Day 3

Semifinals and finals followed by the prize-giving ceremony.

The tournament is organized directly by A.S.D. Euro-Sportmanager.
 

PITCHES

The event will be held inside the Olympic Village GE.TUR sports centre located in the heart of Lignano with its beach available for the guests. The sports center can accommodate 2.400 guests; it has several open air sports facilities such as artificial grass pitches, a swimming pool available to all participants, a restaurant, TV and games room, and a private disco. Teams are requested to bring the appropriate boots to play.  Apart from the teams registered regularly in the tournament, additional teams Sponsored by  A.S.D. from several European countries will be competing for the Euro-Sport Manager Trophy.
 

OUR AREA

Lignano-Sabbiadoro is an important tourist centre in the region of Friuli-Venezia-Giulia on the Adriatic with the Alps and Austria to the north and Slovenia to the east. The town has managed to preserve the old charm and exclusive atmosphere to satisfy the most demanding guests. An 8 Km long sandy makes Lignano-Sabbiadoro one of the most desirable places to swim and stroll.

DOCUMENTS & RULES

On arrival, you will be given an information folder containing documents and rules of the tournament together with final playing groups and kick-off times.

COMPETITION SYSTEM

Matches will be played in a league format in groups of mainly of 4 teams each; groups of 3 or 5 teams may also be possible. The organizers can change formats at their discretion.  A maximum of 6 matches could be played. A minimum of 3 matches are guaranteed under any competition format.

Exceptionally, teams may have to play 2 matches on the same day or one after the other.

ACCOMMODATION
Groups will be accommodated  in Lignano-Sabbiadoro at the Sport Centre in rooms for 1,2,3,4,5,or 6 persons; all rooms with bath. The rooms can be hated if necessary. Meals: based on Full Board including breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Drinks are not included.

A committee, specialized in sport events oversees the organization of your stay. You may also have your personal bilingual assistant with your team throughout your stay if you wish. (At extra cost).

TRANSPORTATION

When you choose your transportation to Italy, consider also the possibility of flying to the airports of Venice or MILAN/BERGAMO area, There are several low-cost airlines operating flights from the UK, Ireland, Holland, Italy, Germany and Spain. We can arrange transfers and general transportation within Italy on request.

Players and participants are advised to subscribe an insurance policy to cover risks.

SPORT CONTACT INTERNATIONAL

Sport Contact International, organizes football tournaments and friendlies in Spain since 1992. We work in conjunction with Racing Blanes F.C., C.D. Blanes, and several other Clubs -all members of the Catalan Football Federation. A special events team in cooperation with the official referee's association of Girona and the support of local authorities make our tournaments and friendly matches an exciting experience. Our activities take place in the Costa Brava coast, just one hour away to the north of Barcelona.


Teams from different countries have played in our tournaments: Algiers, Belgium, England, Finland, Grece, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and Spain, which give our tournaments a truly international character.
