PROGRAMME:

Day 1

Arrival at your hotel in Cervia - Milano Marittima . Check in, briefing and distribution of tournament schedule. Evening: official reception for team delegates (2 per team).

Day 2

Morning: opening ceremony of the tournament. Afternoon: commencement of first round matches.

Day 3

Tournament continues - Play-off matches. .

Day 4

Semifinals and finals. In the evening, prize-giving ceremony

Day 5

Departure.

The Tournament is organized by Adria Sport.
 

PITCHES

Grass and artificial grass pitches will be used to play the tournament in the Coverciano and surrounding area. Teams are requested to bring the appropriate boots to play.
 

OUR AREA

Coverciano is the seat of the Italian Football Federation and therefore equal to the "Nazionale Azzurra" (the National Blues) and the training ground of the Italian National Team. The atmosphere of this place is that of football -around the achievements of Italian Football... The history of the Italian Football Federation can be seen in a multimedia format, photos and short videos that can be of interest even to larger international audiences. This is your chance to be part of history by playing in the Epiphany Tournament. You will be able to play at least one match in these fabulous pitches... and if you get to the finals, you will then also, somehow, become a part of Coverciano's football history. The locations of the Hotels in Montecatini Terme is ideal to visit the region, Florence in particular.

DOCUMENTS & RULES: On arrival you will be given an information folder containing documents and rules of the tournament together with final playing groups and kick-off times

ACCOMMODATION

In 3*** star Hotels with central heating in Montecatini Terme.  Meals: half board. Rooming: In twin and triple rooms with facilities. Should you want to have an extended stay, we will be pleased to quote you on request. The hotels can offer excursions to the magnificent city of Florence and Pisa on request.

ASSISTANCE

A committee, specialized in sport events oversees the organization of your stay. You may also have your personal bilingual assistant with your team throughout your stay if you wish. (At extra cost).

TRANSPORTATION

All teams require transportation during their stay. Most European teams use their own buses or cars to get from their accommodation to the pitches or evening events. If you require transportation throughout the tournament, prices are available on request. Should you book this arrangement, it includes the following: Airport or train station transfers on days of arrival and departure as well as daily transportation between your accommodation and the tournament pitches. If your party has 45 or more people you will have your own private coach.
 

NOTE:

The registered teams undertake to participate in this sports competition at their own risks and decline  to take any action whatsoever against the organizers and/or Sports Contact International, including any claims for personal injuries, damages to property, loss or theft.   Prices do NOT include insurance. Players and participants are advised to subscribe an insurance policy to cover risks.

SPORT CONTACT INTERNATIONAL

Sport Contact International, organizes football tournaments and friendlies in Spain since 1992. We work in conjunction with Racing Blanes F.C., C.D. Blanes, and several other Clubs -all members of the Catalan Football Federation. A special events team in cooperation with the official referee's association of Girona and the support of local authorities make our tournaments and friendly matches an exciting experience. Our activities take place in the Costa Brava coast, just one hour away to the north of Barcelona.


Teams from different countries have played in our tournaments: Algiers, Belgium, England, Finland, Grece, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and Spain, which give our tournaments a truly international character.
